Venture progress, settled in public.
Ventures commit objectives in public Arenas, each with its criteria, deadline and reward fixed before the work starts. A validator records the verdict, and every outcome, met or missed, stays on the record. Built for the studios, incubators and accelerators that run ventures in the open.

Seven phases, with a gate between each
A venture moves from Spark to Ascension. Each step up is a Grand Arena: a phase gate whose objectives decide whether the venture moves into its next phase.

Every objective settles to one verdict
An objective is a claim with its terms fixed before the work starts. After its deadline the verdict is recorded against those terms, and it stays public and permanent.
Step 1
Commit
A venture declares the objective in an Arena: the claim in words, the bar it must clear, the evidence required, a deadline and a reward.
- Draft. Declared but not open yet. Nothing can be validated.
Step 2
Deliver
The objective stays open until its deadline. Its terms do not change while the work happens.
- Open. No verdict yet. The deadline is still ahead.
Step 3
Validate
After the deadline, the validator checks the evidence against the bar declared up front. Studio3 staff record every verdict today.
- Awaiting validation. The deadline has passed and no verdict is recorded yet.
Step 4
Settle
One verdict, permanent and public, naming who recorded it. A failure is shown as fully as a success. A contested verdict reads Disputed until a decision is recorded.
- Validated. Every required condition was met, and the verdict is recorded.
- Validated in part. Some conditions were met, and the verdict is recorded.
- Failed. The conditions were not met. Permanent and public.
- Expired. The deadline passed with nothing submitted. Permanent and public.
- Abandoned. Withdrawn before the deadline. Permanent and public.
Rewards are real USDC and non-cash items, committed to one objective. Released on verified success. The escrow that will hold them is not built yet.
Oracles
Three seats on every venture
A Sender builds the venture, an Anchor is seated to judge it, and an Echo backs it in public. Seats are held per venture, so one account can build one venture and back another.

Plays. Takes on the objectives and delivers them before the deadline.
Declaring objectives and submitting evidence are not built yet.

Every objective resolves to one recorded verdict at a known time, which is what a forecast settles against. Forecast will let anyone make a free call on an objective and build a public accuracy record. It is not built yet, and nothing will be staked on it: Studio3 has no token.
